★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Trying to cancel my contract, kept hanging on phone for 12 minutes in the store then told they couldn't do it as it had to be someone else.
Four hours later still not been able to cancel the service.
Appreciate the staff in store have their options limited, and are always friendly and as best they can helpful.. But I really should be able to go in store to cancel my service.
The overall service from Meo is awful. I was later in the evening on the phone with Meo for 48 minutes, most of which was listening to music or being passed around. Ultimately I did not achieve the cancellation of the account.
I've had a quicker response to this review than to my phone calls or emails to Meo!
Truly terrible service from this company. I'm glad 10 years of my contract has finished.
Do not use Meo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The young lady could not help us to have Fibernet at our appartment although we knew from a MEO technician that it would be possible. She told us that the facility was installed until the building, but it was impossible to get it into the apartments... Bit strange...
Her colleague at Teleconde could arrange it in a few minutes, luckily.
