★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, eu e minha amiga fomos extremamente mal tratadas apenas por tocar em um produto “sem pedir permissão” , pelo próprio dono, nos humilhou por sermos mulheres e brasileiras, usando palavras de baixo calão e gritando totalmente descontrolado!!!!! Machismo e xenofobia total!!!!
 I don't recommend it, my friend and I were treated extremely badly just for touching a product “without asking permission”, by the owner himself, humiliated us for being women and Brazilians, using bad words and shouting totally out of control !!!!! Machismo and total xenophobia !!!!

Horrivel experiência, produtos muito bonitos, fiquei fascinada MAS o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, o proprietário expulsou me do local sem motivo.. Ameaçou me quando lhe perguntei se podia falar, ameaçou que batia no meu namorado por ele me ter defendido da ameaça dele, quando lhe disse que chamaria a polícia, só lhe faltou bater-me!
Chamei a polícia, teve a coragem de mentir sobre o sucedido. No entanto perdeu a razão toda pela maneira como falou com o policial! Se quiserem la ir, boa sorte caso haja algum problema com o proprietario!

Horrible experience, very beautiful products, I was fascinated BUT the service leaves much to be desired, the owner expelled me from the place for no reason .. Threatened me when I asked him if he could speak, threatened that he beat my boyfriend because he defended me from his threat , when I told him that I would call the police, he only needed to beat me!
I called the police, had the courage to lie about what happened. Yet he lost all reason for the way he spoke to the cop! If you want to go, good luck in case there is a problem with the owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem sinaleticas sobre trocas ou devoluções, enquanto que se partirmos algum artigo essa sinaletica encontra-se espalhada por toda a loja. Falamos a bem com o senhor mas este é super mal educado.
Em termos de atendimento, não aconselho.
No signs about exchanges or returns, while if we break an item, this sign is spread throughout the store. We speak well with you but this one is super rude.
In terms of service, I do not advise.

Qual não foi o meu espanto quando me deparo com uma pontuação baixíssima e com várias descrições muito similares ao que eu pretendia escrever... Surreal! Um vendedor que não gosta de vender, arrogante, gozão... Pergunto-me quem seria uma senhora bem mais agradável que me atendeu há dias: se tem a infelicidade de ser da família dele ou como consegue trabalhar para ele...
I had a bad experience in this store today, with the owner, and decided to Google the store to leave a comment. What was my surprise when I came across a very low score and several descriptions very similar to what I intended to write... Surreal! A salesman who doesn't like to sell, arrogant, joking... I wonder who would be a much nicer lady who attended me a few days ago: if she has the misfortune of being in his family or how she manages to work for him...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo darle menos de una estrella. Estaba pagando unos artículos en la caja y entró el dueño gritando, empujando y diciendome que si no compro cosas me fuera.
Nunca en mi vida he visto algo parecido, además empujó a mis amigos y me empezó a gritar que me apartara.
El local no está preparado para guardar distancia por covid. Me arrepiento de haber gastado mi dinero ahí.
I can't give it less than one star. I was paying for some items at the cashier and the owner came in screaming, pushing and telling me that if I don't buy things I should leave.
I've never seen anything like it in my life, and he also pushed my friends and started yelling at me to get away.
The place is not prepared to keep distance due to covid. I regret spending my money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de nuestro viaje a Portugal ha sido la experiencia en esta pequeña tienda, el dueño un impresentable, se apareció tomando un helado y vociferando, echando a la gente del local, una vergüenza! Por lo que veo lo nuestro no ha sido una experiencia puntual, desde luego hay gente que no está preparada para trabajar de cara al público.
The worst of our trip to Portugal has been the experience in this small shop, the owner was unpresentable, he appeared taking an ice cream and shouting, kicking the people out of the place, a shame!
