Ontem fui à loja para fazer 3 portabilidades. O atendente NUNO no meio do processo comentou sobre o novo sistema de alarme, porém não me interessei e ele não falou mais nada.
No final das portabilidades ele pediu para eu assinar no computador, achei que fosse por causa da portabilidade, mas não era.
Hoje recebo um e-mail com um contrato que eu "solicitei" a instalação do alarme.
Isso é revoltante, não ser transparente, jogar sujo, é um absurdo um funcionário ter uma atitude dessa. Em momento nenhum ele falou que essa assinatura seria para o alarme. Eu não solicitei nada, é uma vergonha.
 TERRIBLE
Yesterday I went to the store to do 3 porting. The attendant NUNO, in the middle of the process, commented on the new alarm system, but I was not interested and he didn't say anything else.
At the end of the portability he asked me to sign on the computer, I thought it was because of portability, but it wasn't.
Today I receive an email with a contract that I "requested" to install the alarm.
This is revolting, not being transparent, playing dirty, it's absurd for an employee to have such an attitude. At no time did he say that this signature would be for the alarm. I didn't request anything, it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento de péssima qualidade, os funcionários não são treinados para resolver o problema do cliente e a empresa é de uma falta de respeito e compromisso constante com o cliente. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Poor quality service, employees are not trained to solve the customer's problem and the company has a lack of respect and constant commitment to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Instead of spending so many millions in Premier League clubs, they should be spending a few euros on employee training and customer service ... horrible ...

I can't give less than one star: I ask for a basic plan and the assistant actually imposes a different plan on me, also playing on my language difficulties. If I can't switch plans, I'll switch providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am active costumer of NOS since a very long time. This is the only customer service which is nearest to my home so i have to visit this place very frequently with the same problem but as my experience with the workers working with this company is very rude and disrespecting. They don't listen but are very forward to pass their judgement without understanding what my problem is. I installed the package of internet which gave me 2 sim card costing 5 euros each, home internet including Television which cost me 35.09 euros, all together 45.09 euros . But what i have to pay in actual is different sometimes it's 79 or 59 according to the month i tried to close this service but couldn't. Very very disappointing customer service . Every month they are overcharging me or i may say stealing.
