★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca foi tao mal atendido como foi hoje nesta loja .... nunca mais ca volto e perderam um cliente por causa deste jovem de oculos que fez questao de se levantar so para se impor ... metam a rapariga que ai estava a uns tempos que ela sim sabia o que era atender pessoas!
It has never been so poorly served as it was today in this store .... I'll never come back and they lost a customer because of this young man with glasses who made a point of getting up just to impose himself ... put the girl who was there for a while that she did know what it was to meet people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na loja faltavam 6 minutos para 18h, empurrei a porta para entrar e o rapaz informou que já estava fechado, pensei em perguntar que horas fechava, mas meu marido ficou tão chateado que quis ir embora.
I was at the store today, it was 6 minutes to 6pm, I pushed the door to go in and the guy said it was already closed, I thought about asking what time it was closed, but my husband was so upset that he wanted to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionário arrogante, mal educado, não sabe ouvir e trata as pessoas como burras, pessoas que andam desesperadas há semanas para resolverem problemas criados pela própria NOS. Esta loja não serve praticamente para nada, não oferece os serviços necessários. É necessário ir a Coimbra ou Leiria para resolver algo e mesmo aí , a NOS é péssima. Não aconselho a loja nem qualquer serviço da Nos.
Arrogant, rude employee, doesn't know how to listen and treats people like dumb people, people who have been desperate for weeks to solve problems created by NOS itself. This store is practically useless, it doesn't offer the necessary services. It is necessary to go to Coimbra or Leiria to solve something and even there, NOS is terrible. I do not recommend the store or any service from Nos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operadores de loja a atender público como os que estavam está tarde na loja é do pior que já vi, são também o reflexo da degradação desta operador.
O operador que me atendeu foi mal educado e provocador tendo sido obrigado a pedir o livro de reclamações, e até uma caneta me negou para fazer o registro.
Vergonhoso mesmo em quanto estive na loja só assisti a cliente e ex a fazer reclamações por vários motivos, e os operadores de loja a responder mal e provocando os clientes.
Store operators serving the public like those who were late in the store is the worst I've ever seen, they are also a reflection of the degradation of this operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOS is an abusive and dishonest company, charging its customers when you call them! I visited the Pombal store to cancel my contract on April 11th, and they did everything they could to stop me, printing the wrong address and wrong phone number on the form. Moreover, they gave me the wrong form as it was a 'formulario de denuncia' which translates into 'complaint form' and not a cancellation form. NOS hides behind abusively expensive 5-digit phone numbers to make as many obstructions as possible to you. Everything should have been decided upon in the store, but they insisted on making numerous and pointless phone calls to me, complicating the task. I am now considering making a formal complaint to the Portuguese telecoms regulator. This company should be banned from operating in Portugal.
