★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha! No ano passado usei esta loja para cancelar a minha conta, disseram-me que estava encerrada correctamente mas agora recebo emails de advogados a dizer-me que tenho de pagar 37 euros porque não fechei a conta e 500 se nao pago.Mas nao recebo respostas ..
A shame! Last year I used this store to cancel my account, I was told it was closed properly but now I get emails from lawyers telling me that I have to pay 37 euros because I didn't close the account and 500 if I don't pay. ..

Horário fixado na porta 9:30h às 22:00.
Extrema falta de respeito para com os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, mal formação por partes dos funcionários comprei um telemóvel superior a 1000€ e fui para fazer o seguro que não estava a conseguir online,o colega com a fatura na mão disse não ser possível.
Assim que chego em casa ligo para a central e me falaram que eles têm que colocar uns dados o que o colega não sabia e com isso está fazendo eu perder tempo e mais dias sem o seguro.
Se não sabem perguntem ,ficam preocupados com filas,com hora para ir embora e fazem um péssimo atendimento.
Bad service, poor training by employees I bought a mobile phone over € 1000 and went to take out insurance that I was not getting online, the colleague with the invoice in hand said it was not possible.
As soon as I get home, I call the central and they told me that they have to put some data on what the colleague did not know and that is making me lose time and more days without insurance.
If they don't know, ask them, they are worried about queues, with time to leave and do a terrible service.
