★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde ! Ontem fui a está loja para me cortarem o cartão do telemóvel. Fui lá porque o cartão é nós . O colaborador que me atendeu se eu não estou em erro era Eduardo com uma pronúncia meia portuguesa e meia brasileira. Disse que não faziam isso , perguntei se sabia a onde podia cortar e ele respondeu. Vim me embora porque ia trabalhar e já ouvia os outros colaboradores a dizer que mais um bocado já iam fechar . Fui lá porque cortaram o cartão ao meu pai .Estava a pensar em comprar lá um telemóvel e já não vou e a ponderar em rescindir contrato com a nós . Ao menos vou querer um serviço ,que qdo for a uma loja faça tudo e não me mande para outras lojas .
Good evening ! Yesterday I went to this store to have my cell phone card cut. I went there because the card is us. The collaborator who assisted me, if I'm not mistaken, was Eduardo with a half Portuguese and half Brazilian pronunciation. He said they didn't do that, I asked if he knew where to cut and he replied. I left because I was going to work and I could already hear the other employees saying that they were going to close a bit more. I went there because they cut my father's card. I was thinking about buying a cell phone there and I'm not going anymore and thinking about terminating the contract with us. At least I want a service, which when I go to a store, do everything and don't send me to other stores.

I had space issues and with the help of tech support I got new applications that were lighter which gave me Gigas of space was good.

They didn't solve the problem for me. Helped, forwarded to helpline. They called, but I was on the phone and I missed the call. I went to the store, asked them to call again: they called, put it on hold and sent a message saying they would call again. they didn't call
