Parece que estão a fazer um frete aos clientes que não conhecem, apesar de fazerem conpras. Por este motivo vou pouco à loja... Primeiro preciso esquecer o fraco atendimento que tenho experienciado. É uma pena.

Roupa muito gira e de qualidade, sempre com padrões e modelos lindos, diferente da roupa das cadeias multinacionais e a preço acessível.
Tem roupa da marca portuguesa "Os Patinhos" e da marca espanhola "Patricia Mendiluce".
O atendimento não é desagradável mas simpatia também não há.

The service is not unpleasant but sympathy is not there either.

A minha experiência nesta loja de roupa de criança em campo de ourique foi péssima. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM.
Comprei algumas peças de roupa na semana passada ao postigo como está recomendado atualmente face à pandemia.
Verifiquei que uma das molas de um fofo estava danificada após ter lavado a mesma. Sem sequer a ter experimentado à criança.
Dirigi-me hoje à loja para me trocarem a peça ou devolverem o dinheiro e foi-me dito que não o fariam porque a fábrica não lhes devolvia uma nova peça.
É com muito desagrado que reporto esta situação.

My experience at this children's clothing store in campo de ourique was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
I bought some clothes last week at the wicket as it is currently recommended in the face of the pandemic.
I noticed that one of the cute springs was damaged after washing it. Without even experiencing it with the child.
I went to the store today to change the part or return the money and I was told that they would not do it because the factory did not return a new part.
It is with great disgust that I report this situation.
