Merchandise 100 por cento original, a loja é linda e super bem decorada e tudo no sitio, nunca me falharam, sério uma das melhores jogos de Anime e mangá de Portugal, aconselho vivamente a visitarem tanto a loja como as páginas oficiais :)
5 star service, the staff is super attentive, friendly, fun, well-disposed ehehehe. 100% original merchandise, the store is beautiful and very well decorated and everything in the place, I have never failed, seriously one of the best Anime and Manga games in Portugal, I strongly advise you to visit both the store and the official pages :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer support. They have messed up a order, one of the items pre-order has never delivered and I am waiting refund for months. With normal orders no problem. Looks that they organization on pre-orders is not the best.

They also delete negative feedback on their facebook page.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving these many stars since I ended up receiving one of my orders and I love them, but even so, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number.
After many failed attempts of contacting the store, I managed to get in touch with one of their staff members. They told me one of my preorders would arrive to the store this past week but turns out it didn't. Never heard from them since.
Note that said preorder was supposed to come out past September. Contacted them again in November, told me it was due in December. After waiting so long I was ready to ask for a refund. However, the person I spoke to on the phone was super sweet and understanding, swore the preorder would arrive this last tuesday. Well, still waiting on it.
They don't seem very organized which is really concerning. I'm only speaking as an online customer perspective, not an in-store one.
TLDR : Avoid preordering if you're scared of long waiting periods. Don't pay beforehand, only pay after you receive confirmation of it being in store and if you can, go pick up the items yourself.
