Nice and high quality. 5 stars. I took gel polish and it was perfect.

I am currently in Lisbon for work and needed to find a place to go and get my nails done. I chose this particular establishment because it was close to where I’m staying and it had good reviews. However to my surprise the quality of service was not reflected as I read in the reviews. I made an appointment for 5:30 and was taken back closer to 6pm. The lady who did my nails was very nice however she took three hours to complete my nails and appeared to have a difficult time fixing them. I requested a gel maintenance service, which typically doesn’t take that long. To make matters worse one of my nails chipped the same day that I got them done in the pictures below are them the following day. I am truly disappointed and upset that I spent €30 on this service and my nails are already destroyed in a matter of days. I will continue to search around Lisbon to find a better shop but I would not recommend this place to others ———————————————————————— Eu estou atualmente em Lisboa para trabalhar e precisava encontrar um lugar para ir e fazer minhas unhas. Eu escolhi este estabelecimento em particular, porque era perto de onde eu estou hospedado e tinha boas críticas. No entanto, para minha surpresa, a qualidade do serviço não foi refletida como eu li nos comentários. Eu marquei um horário para 5:30 e fui levado de volta para as 6 da tarde. A senhora que fez minhas unhas foi muito bom no entanto ela levou três horas para completar minhas unhas e parecia ter dificuldade em consertá-las. Eu solicitei um serviço de manutenção de gel, que normalmente não demora muito. Para piorar as coisas, uma das minhas unhas lascadas no mesmo dia em que as fiz nas fotos abaixo são elas no dia seguinte. Estou verdadeiramente desapontado e chateado por ter gasto 30 € neste serviço e as minhas unhas já terem sido destruídas em questão de dias. Vou continuar a procurar em torno de Lisboa para encontrar uma loja melhor, mas eu não recomendaria este lugar para os outros

Excellent service from that stylist ..really loved it ,I did my step bang cut yesterday without appointment ...overall perfect servicr would recommend this salon with my friends...also like to go in future?

Vivita cut my hair and I loved it. She was considerate and very professional. Paid 40 euros for a cut and blow dry. Can't comment on the price and value.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! When I came to the Salon I asked for a full head of highlights, trim and blow dry. Both stylists listened to me carefully and attentively and figured how best to proceed with the look I had in mind. I could not be happier with the results and the way I was treated. 10/10 experience would recommend to absolutely anyone!

I spontaneously decided to change my hair during my holiday in Lisbon. I immediately got an appointment at Look89 with the best stylist Vanny! I really enjoyed my stay there and the result is amazing! I’m very happy and would highly recommend the place!
