Erros na marcação, corte feito à pressa e mal (muito mais curto que o pedido, assimétrico e mau acabamento) por alguém que estava magoado e devia estar era no hospital. Uma vergonha. Salvou a simpatia da Marta e da Lara, mas o Nuno nem bom dia deu, limitou-se a apressar os restantes em frente aos clientes. Não volto com certeza.
The worst experience I have ever had in a hairdresser. Marking errors, hastily and badly cut (much shorter than the order, asymmetrical and poorly finished) by someone who was hurt and must have been in the hospital. A shame. He saved the sympathy of Marta and Lara, but Nuno didn't even say good morning, he just rushed the rest of them in front of the customers. I won't be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hair cut and color in 10 years. Noticeably uneven one side to the other and color job was so bad. I asked for natural and was given a very dark color totally not mine and tufts of even darker color. And tons of grey still showing.
Young kid at the front desk also very unprofessional.
Maybe their Lisbon location is good but the Cascais shopping location was a bad experience all around. I should have left when i saw i was the only customer. Places that are good are packed, i was literally the only client in there for an hour! Unfortunately i can not recommend at all.
