★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall was closed when we arrived, but the luggage storage manager was waiting on the street with a flyer clipped to his pocket to help us identify him as he approached us.
We didn’t have a reservation, but he walked us down the ramp to the first level of the parking garage where his office is.
He was Super Friendly and helpful, and had our luggage checked in ASAP, as well as confirming he’d be there when we returned 4 hours later.
We got there 30 minutes early, and he was already there waiting for us, and was just as helpful getting us checked out.
Great service, super easy, English speaking, highly recommend!

This place has become our central base when travelling around and during our trip we were able to drop our second backpack there and get tips from a ver nice person.

One paper they charged 0.5 euro. Other place was only 0.1 euro. Yes they use ticker paper but I don’t need that tick. I want to pay less. Please change the paper and change the price. So I can go more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super easy and cheap too. I walked in and out in under a minute. Keep in mind the address is correct and you have to walk into the building and down the hall to the right for the drop-off. Staff is friendly and professional.
