★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu veículo para fazer a funilaria e pintura e o carro voltou com cheiro de podre vindo do ar condicionado. Quando voltei para reclamar, fui informado que o filtro do habitáculo já estava velho e deveria ser trocado com o tempo, porém antes de deixá-lo pela manhã, estava em perfeito estado, sem nenhum odor e final da tarde já estava a cheirar podre. Eles se recusaram a resolver o problema que eles mesmo causaram, apenas espirraram um spray que nada mudou.
I took my vehicle to do the body shop and painting and the car came back with a rotten smell coming from the air conditioner. When I came back to complain, I was informed that the cabin filter was already old and should be changed over time, but before leaving it in the morning, it was in perfect condition, with no odor and by the end of the afternoon it was already smelling rotten. They refused to solve the problem they caused themselves, they just splashed a spray that nothing changed.
