A	Alison Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bad : charged €6 for a bottle of 750mls water. The most expensive bottle of water I've seen in the whole of the Algarve. The good: The views are lovely, the food is good, the service is good.

No offer of a free drink whilst we waited and waited. That said the lamb when it finally came out was really nice. My husband had the pizza and he said it was okay but not great. We also could see from our seat the food being passed from the kitchen to the waiting staff. A lot of meals sat under the hot lamps for a long time before being taken out. We also saw a waiter eat some fries off of one of the plates before taking it out too ?. Maybe he was checking to see if it was still warm after being sat there for 10 mins or maybe he just fancied some fries ?. I think they need better systems and processes in place and better supervision/staff training.

S	Sharain Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly hotel, Great location hosting large clean rooms and balconies..I was on the top floor in a two bed front facing appatment with beautiful views of the harbour. This hotel is very comfortable, however, definitely not a hotel to bring your holidaying family to, this hotel is for the grown-up's. This pleasant hotel is surrounded by an English pub an additional eateries(very nice and friendly) easy access to locals shop beach and restaurants. The pool area is clean but could do with a residents only bar...Basic but good breakfast...The hotel breakfast staff and manager (who was very professional and charming) did go that extra mile to accommodate request, but night staff need to be more alert ( not asleep) especially for the female residents returning after an evening out...overall good experience.
