★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit sympa avec une belle déco (cependant pas toujours pratique). Très bon emplacement sans Braga. Deux trois choses à revoir selon moi mais séjour néanmoins correct.
Nice place with a beautiful decoration (however not always practical). Very good location without Braga. Two things to review in my opinion but stay nevertheless correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El "Estudio superior" "resultó ser un lugar:
A- distinto al de la foto de la reserva en la web.
B- sin aislamiento a ruidos, con constantes molestias de cisterna de baño, apertura y cierre de puertas, con sus correspondientes cerraduras, e imposibilidad de descansar por todo ello.
C- con caldera comunitaria en la estancia, así que las duchas de los demás eran también ruidos compartidos, con la misma incomodidad del punto anterior.
Por otro lado, el desayuno no incluye café, aspecto del que no se informa en ningún sitio. Hay una cafetera de cápsulas (marca blanca del Pingo Doce, supermercado local), sin carta de precios (ni en web, ni habitación ni entrada ni cocina), y lo carga en la tarjeta... tras emitir la factura bastantes horas después de haber abandonado el establecimiento, vía correo, nada de entrega en persona (no vimos en ningún momento a la persona responsable).
Es la primera vez que nos ocurre algo así.
Un sitio para no volver.
The "Upper Study" "turned out to be a place:
A- different from the photo of the reservation on the web.
B- without noise insulation, with constant annoyances of bathroom cistern, opening and closing of doors, with their corresponding locks, and the impossibility of resting due to all this.
C- with a communal boiler in the room, so the showers of the others were also shared noises, with the same discomfort of the previous point.
On the other hand, breakfast does not include coffee, an aspect that is not reported anywhere. There is a capsule coffee maker (white label of Pingo Doce, local supermarket), without a price card (neither on the web, nor room, entrance nor kitchen), and it charges it on the card ... after issuing the invoice several hours after having left the establishment, via mail, nothing to be delivered in person (we never saw the person responsible).
This is the first time something like this has happened to us.
A place not to return.

Relación calidad-precio inmejorable, no tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles de mas fama mucho mas caros... volveremos!!
DELIGHTED!! of the best accommodations I've been to, super recommended. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hostess was lovely and gave us all the facilities. Unbeatable value for money, it has nothing to envy to hotels of more fame much more expensive ... we will return !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ziet er fantastisch uit. Let wel op foto's komen niet altijd overeen met de kamer. Niet voor alle gasten een tuin of bbq aanwezig. Ontbijt is helaas erg matig en weinig. Geen brood maar cake. Kamer zonder airco is warm. Service is goed, de ventilator was stuk is direct vervangen voor een nieuwe. De locatie is top direct aan de stad!
Looks fantastic. Please note that photos do not always correspond to the room. Not a garden or BBQ available for all guests. Breakfast is unfortunately very average and little. Not bread, but cake. Room without AC is warm. Service is good, the fan was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. The location is top right on the city!
