Unfortunately it was not a good cannyoning experience! The activity started much later than the agreed time, due to the fact that some participants and organizers of the activity were finishing their lunch ... In addition, there was a very bad organization throughout the activity, with a greater number of people appearing. people to carry out the activity than what was foreseen and what was informed to us. In this way, we wait about 1 hour to be able to overcome the 1st obstacle in rappel. It was too long to wait, with nothing to do and with wet suits ... In the 2nd obstacle exactly the same thing would happen ... However, as I got hurt right in the 1st stage and, as I realized that we would wait again almost 1 time for us to go downhill, I gave up on the activity! To add to the bad experience, to date, the company has not yet provided me with mandatory insurance by law, even though I asked for it!

I did not know that at 55 I could still be in these wanderings. I was invited by a friend for a RADICAL experience and to do something that I didn't even know what it was, CANYONING, to go down a river in and out of water or wherever possible, there were times when it was necessary to go down with ropes and safety as in a rappel true, that it was. The activity takes time because everything has to be covered, the information provided for each moment and safety above all, inter-help was very important among all the participants, several groups of friends and boyfriends, all in harmony, well almost all, there was a couple who decided to interrupt in the middle did not understand why. There was a lady who crippled so many pages and we all contributed to the group's mutual help and harmony. They showed flexibility and let us do the activity even after the delay due to a road accident. However, the activity included some factors that further limited it: 1. Failure by the company to send the meeting point to start the activity, causing an even greater delay; 2. Excessive delay in preparing the material for the beginning of the activity (50% of the time consisted of talking and playing on their part, we had time to play games and everything while we waited); 3. The instructor took the child to give training, taking pictures while the group, in the cold, waited for the child to do the activity, as if it were a participant; 4. The group spent 20 minutes not knowing where the instructors were until they decided to show up, ask the time and say that it was too late and that we would have to evacuate because it was going to get dark in the meantime (it was noticed that it is a company that values very good and very good, what was wrong was the constant waste of time since the beginning of the activity). While they showed flexibility in their start-up time, they took advantage of the delay to further limit activity and do as little as possible, as the money was already on their side. From personal experience, this being the 3rd time I've done canyoning, it's a company that leaves a lot to be desired both in terms of the dynamism of the activity and its professionalism. I had never done this activity with a group of more than 5 people and I do not recommend it, I think the company could have chosen to divide the 8 people into 2 distinct groups, but this represents a greater expense and the company demonstrated that the important thing is to profit, it is not ensure quality of service. I don't recommend the company to anyone and I feel that the €45 paid could have been better invested elsewhere.
