Atenderam o telemovel, confirmaram que a empresa era a Lusoacustica, deixaram-me terminar a questão para me dizerem de uma forma arrogante e mal encarada que não devia ligar às horas que liguei e que deveria ligar no dia seguinte, acabando por me ser desligada a chamada.
Se não estão disponíveis, porque atendem? Se querem receber chamadas, uma vez que têm o vosso número na internet, porque não adicionam um horário de funcionamento?
Na verdade dou uma estrela porque sou obrigado, mas nem uma devia dar. Empresa não recomendada.
