Deixei a minha Ibanez 2350 de 1976 que estava com o “peso da idade” todo em cima e ficou magnífica.
Tratamento estrutural no corpo, restauro de peças mecânicas e componentes eléctricos, novos pick-ups, refret com hidratação e setup.
Durante todo o processo foi sempre enviando fotografias a documentar o trabalho realizado e a explicar pormenores.

I left my Ibanez 2350 from 1976 that had the “weight of age” all over it and was magnificent.
Structural treatment of the body, restoration of mechanical parts and electrical components, new pick-ups, refret with hydration and setup.
Throughout the process he was always sending photographs to document the work done and to explain details.

James est agréable et connais bien son métier. Bref que du bonheur. Ma basse est rutilante et enfin bien réglée. Merci James ?
James is on top! I discovered this luthier by chance and you have to believe I was lucky. The service is at the top with a photo follow-up of the setup steps. The price is competitive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a lot of time locating a luthier here in Portugal, but I made the right choice. James is very well organised, knowledgeable and experienced. I handed over my 17 year old Alhambra classic guitar to him after a full review of what he thought he could do to service the guitar and improve on its performance. When I went back and went over his work, took the guitar home and played it, I was really surprised - his 'set up' and repair to one or two frets made a huge difference, I can hear a resonance improvement and its a new delight to play the guitar. I would not hesitate to recommend him and urge any guitar owner to take their instrument to him.

The services provided on my 3 guitars were accompanied by frequent updates (photos and explanations) which was very reassuring and left me eager to play my instruments again.
James was very pleasant to talk to throughout the whole process. His passion for music is contagious and his attention to detail is inspiring!
