★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely place. The staff are amazing and the whole place is serene. Its a real gem that you should stay in if you are considering to attend the 10pm candles procession at the sanctuary of fatima. Rooms lacks curtains though. If you want privacy you will need to close the hard peice of the window and enbox yourself in your room.

Luz Charming was the perfect place to spend the night, we wished we could’ve stayed two nights instead of one.
Probably the best boutique hotel we’ve ever been!
The reception service is outstanding, the service at the restaurant even better. The hotel personnel are all friendly and willing to help in anything we wanted.
The property is beautiful and full of splendid details. A truthfully peaceful place.
I sincerely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just perfect! The design is lovely and all shared places are comfortable. The deluxe room is just something, all details are just perfect. Couple massage is the best experience, made in a "cavern" with heated floor. Breakfast is good and they have gluten free bread. The staff is all very kind and always available to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Luz charming house was a wonderful stay on our honeymoon. Admittedly the place has a cult horror movie vibe to it, but it’s only because it’s such a perfect nothing wrong spot. Everything is so well placed and done it has the “too good to be true vibe”. Great breakfast buffet rooms and pool. Only note is the pillows are very stiff and not comfortable. Would stay again!
