Very well renovated apartment, small restaurant nearby. Impeccable bedding. Bus, metro, nearby. Large area, very cheap in the surroundings. Very easy parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay forma de contacto persinal inmediato, espere mucho para ingresar, sin ascensor ni frontis. No hay informacion clara del acceso (subir y bajar maletas y compras pesadas, super incomodo). Algo escondido la ubicacion pero tranquilo y seguro. Lo mejor, las areas de cicina y sala pero baño no muy confortable, area de los cuartos suficientes pero los matress de mala calidad (no descansas) Para una persona nayor o con discapacidad no recomiendo
There is no immediate persinal contact, wait a long time to enter, without elevator or front. There is no clear information of access (up and down luggage and heavy purchases, super uncomfortable). Something hidden the location but quiet and safe. The best, the areas of cyclin and living room but not very comfortable bathroom, area of sufficient rooms but poor quality matress (do not rest) For a nayor or disabled person I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El departamento en sí es muy lindo, muy bien ubicado y muy bien equipado. Pero el colchón y las almohadas dejan mucho que desear y el olor insoportable y nauseabundo de la cloaca que sale del baño, hacen que se baje la calificación de este departamento. Si no fuera por estos problemas lo calificaría con 5 estrellas. Y por último tratar de no reservar a la calle ya que el tráfico es intenso y hay que estar con las ventanas cerradas.
The apartment itself is very nice, very well located and very well equipped. But the mattress and pillows leave much to be desired and the unbearable and foul smell of the sewer coming out of the bathroom, lowers the rating of this apartment. If it weren't for these problems I would rate it with 5 stars. And finally try not to book on the street since the traffic is intense and you have to be with the windows closed.
