E	Eric Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a long time a month to get the goods in Norway, Which compared to a few days as promised is way out my acceptable criteria.(ORDER on 29.03.21 delivered 28.04.2021)I also had to pay extra vat 25 % +expenses, as asked by the shipping Company FedEx which was not in line with the original order, based on vat included price .Anyhow I paid just to get things moving. On e other end like always in a bad time comes a bright note called Sandra from LYSskin. Sandra was very supportive and kind helping and supporting the deliveries of the good till the end by mail form portugal. She even was kind enough to offer me and gave actual partial refund for my troubles. The goods are in accordance with the order and well packed in line with my full expectations. So al together I would be prepares to order again as long as the shipping is not with FedEX which in my opinion seems to be blamed on this matter. And again thanks to Sandra who is an asset to lYSskin I would say that I would be ready to order again ,as long as FedEx

Initially, my order got stuck at Vietnamese custom, and the carrier did not help us to process it through. LySkin suggested to attempting sending another order to Australia for my relatives so they can send it back to me. However, LySkin also informed me the situation in which is about the high possibility of my order got stuck at Australian custom due to Covid 19. LySkin figured out an alternative way to send the order directly to Vietnam for me. They helped me throughout the journey, unlike other e-retailer they may blame on us or neglect your request. LySkin helped me a lottttttttttt. Their customer service is fantastic. Although, it did took them a day to reply all of my message, but indeed they did try hard to help. I would rate 10/10 and the products are amazing, they also sent me a small gift as a apologetic gift.
