A	Antoun Issa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel that is large yet feels nothing like a resort. Perfectly situated in front of the 16th century aqueduct, the hotel is not a hi-rise and therefore wonderfully spaced to maintain privacy while granting direct access to the pool and function areas. The rooms were designed in a way to ensure relaxation. I had a room with a large bathtub with a glass panel looking into the room and outside. Thr breakfast was also fantastic (save for the coffee, wasn't too shabby). And there's parking, which is great when you're doing a road trip around the country.
C	Cédric Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a 5 stars hotel. It's old and it hasn't been renovated. We had to claim for the pool towels we needed and that were supposed to be in the room. Same for the Nespresso capsules. They are having constructions for an interior pool and this brings a lot of noise in the hotel. Breakfast is just ok for a 5* in a land where they have amazing food products everywhere. I will not come back and don't recommend the place. Have a look at the photos....it says it all....

The breakfast is as good as any hotel in Portugal offers. Well stocked bar. Haven't tried the restaurant but it's well reviewed and offers typical Portuguese cuisine. Staff friendly and helpful

Very cute roof top bar with a nice pool table and nice books and board games (could be more) Expensive drinks and teas or coffees, 3euro for one green tea, I think they should make them complimentary in a 5 star hotel Great service at the desk Geeat building very chic and modern Walking distance from everything The cons: Would like a cleaner bathtub... I like taking baths and i was staring at molding corner tiles and discolored paint from humidity. Very nice room overal for the price. Would recommend
A	Alisa G D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disappointment of a hotel. Having read all the great reviews I had the bad luck of booking a stay for my birthday. On arrival the receptionist seemed rather uninterested in dealing with us and of course wore the mask under his nose. The hotel is very tired - the first impression was of that walking into a 3 star hotel. The rooms are in dire need of some work and a better cleaning crew - pealing walls, scratched floors eith dirty footsteps all over, dirty mirrors and hair in the tub. All in all quite a disappointment.
D	Diana Buzaglo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing breakfast! Rooms are big enough, there's a lot of space for everything. Service very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we just stayed for 2 nights. Definitely a place to come back! It must be so relaxing during summer. Do not expect a view from your room, which is normal because the building was designed to avoid the high temperatures of outside. So windows are little.
