A	Anisha Shastri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel management was so accommodating! Our train was delayed and we reached the hostel at 4 in the morning, and they took us in with no trouble at all. They went out of their way to make it comfortable for us. They even let us store our luggage for free. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!
Y	Yurko Didula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the stay was great. Very friendly receptionists, Sandra and Agnes. They create an environment that makes you want to stay there and spend time in the hostel. The only problem was the shower. The water didn’t go down well. Would be good to clean the pipes.

It was a great place to stay, as it was at walking distance from the city centre, and it had all the amenities you expect for its price. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room and the common areas were very clean. The only downside is the lack of heating, but that's normal in Portugal, so remember to take your woolen socks with you. :-)
P	PORT Liceu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff (Agnes and Sandra) were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, responsible and fun! Had many laughs met many interesting people! My first time in a hostel so was a bit worried about the sharing bedrooms but from the shaking bed bunks to the slight snores I slept like a baby there’s curtains to cut out the light so can sleep till I want to get up! Bathroom and kitchen areas are also ina good state and everyone respects those (and bathrooms are cleaned everyday) living area has an outside terrace which I spent the sunny days in!! Great place very central highly recommend!!

T	Tamara Mn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! I stayed 2 nights in this hostel at my arrival in Porto. The place is thus a bit old but you get what you've paid for. The receptionist was at first really nice. My first night was quite normal even tho I had seen during the day a little insect enjoying my bed, which didn't really bothered me that much. The next night was awful, I could barely sleep because the place was really hot and I kept on waking up during the night. Next morning I understood why my sleep was so difficult, it was because I had been bitten thousands and thousands of time by bed chips (fleas or "des puces de lit" en Français). I saw a ton of these little insects in my bed the next morning. I was packing my stuffs in order to go out of this hell, and the receptionist called me to tell me that the room was infected. Few hours later when I came back to take my stuffs (because unfortunately I wasn't able to get them before) the receptionist told me that he was AWARE OF THE SITUATION BUT HE WAS WAITING FOR A CONFIRMATION. This behavior is way beyond disrespectful, mean and disgusting. I would totally picture him doing the same with other tourists so please be careful. There are tons of other hostels or Airbnb hostels that are clean and respectful of your dignity, so please think about it before booking a night in this place.

M	Merxii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is really what you pay for in terms of the place itself, maybe the spaces and cleanliness could be a bit better but the price makes up for it. The ambiance and hospitality, however, are amazing. The host is really nice and reccomended a lot of good places to visit that were not that tourist-y!! Everyday there's a bonfire at 7pm and we met other people staying there, overall we had a really fun time and don't regret our choice of hostel at all!
