★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com 1 vendedor que prometeu entrega de azulejos em 2 semanas mas demorou 3 semanas. Apoio ao cliente é bastante assertivo, mas os vendedores depois de venderem ignoram o cliente.
Entregas funcionaram bem. Voltarei a comprar nesta loja mas para a próxima solicitarei por escrito a data limite para entrega do material ao vendedor.
I had a problem with 1 seller who promised to deliver tiles in 2 weeks but it took 3 weeks. Customer support is quite assertive, but salespeople after selling ignore the customer.
Deliveries worked well. I will buy again at this store but for the next one I will request in writing the deadline for delivery of the material to the seller.
