★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 12 de janeiro de 2021 o meu marido dirigiu-se a esta loja Mascot Pronto Lda. Viseu comprar um porta bobine para uma máquina de costura. Depois de sair da loja reparou que não lhe tinham dado o recibo dos 28 euros que tinha pago. Mesmo assim confiante que a peça era a que procurava prosseguiu o seu caminho. Tal não aconteceu, a peça não correspondia e hoje dia 13 de janeiro ,ou seja, um dia depois da compra, dirigiu-se novamente á loja Macost Pronto para devolver a peça e reaver o dinheito que tinha pago. Lamentavelmente negaram-se a fazê-lo. Além de não devolverem o dinheiro pago negaram-se a passar um talão de crédito nesse valor.
Lamentavelmente isto acontece numa loja que está aberta ao público e por isso esta situação terei que a tornar pública também.
A situação será apresentada à DECO
 On January 12, 2021 my husband went to this Mascot Pronto Lda store. Viseu to buy a bobbin holder for a sewing machine. After leaving the store he noticed that he had not been given the receipt for the 28 euros he had paid. Even so, confident that the piece was the one he was looking for, he continued on his way. This did not happen, the piece did not match and today, January 13, that is, the day after the purchase, he went again to the Macost Pronto store to return the piece and recover the money he had paid. Unfortunately, they refused to do so. In addition to not returning the money paid, they refused to pass a credit slip in that amount.
Unfortunately, this happens in a store that is open to the public and therefore this situation will have to be made public as well.
The situation will be presented to DECO
