★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma pulseira indiana. Perguntei se a pulseira era prata, e foi dito que sim. Só se passar 10 dias a mesma estava amarela começando a ficar rosa. Voltei a loja e a dona me disse para lavar com pasta dentária.
Regressei a loja 15 dias depois da venda para ter uma posição sobre a mudança de cor. A vendedora me disse que havia dito no ato da compra que a pulseira não era de prata e sim de vários ferros misturado. O que não é verdade, tanto que só comprei por ser dito que era prata. E que não devolveria o dinheiro. Sem conseguir resolver o problema deixo aqui a minha experiência com a loja, não é pelo dinheiro mas pelo tratamento ao cliente que foi dado no pós-venda.
I bought an Indian bracelet. I asked if the bracelet was silver, and it was said that it was. Only after 10 days it was yellow, starting to turn pink. I went back to the store and the owner told me to wash with toothpaste.
I returned to the store 15 days after the sale to have a position on the color change. The seller told me that she had said at the time of purchase that the bracelet was not silver, but of several irons mixed together. Which is not true, so much so that I only bought it because it was said it was silver. And that I would not return the money. Without being able to solve the problem, I leave my experience with the store here, not for the money but for the treatment to the customer that was given in the after-sale.
