Nous n’avions pas fait attention qu’il était noté d’apporter cents euros de caution pour le Quad. Donc quand nous nous en sommes aperçu le résponsable nous a demandé d’aller retirer de l’argent au distributeur le plus proche. Pas de chance le distributeur était en panne donc nous sommes revenus sur les lieux et avons proposé en guise de caution de laisser notre carte bleue ou permis ou carte d’identité ou même nos clés de voiture et la grande surprise il a tout refusé de but en blanc.!!!?? Il voulait que du liquide pour la caution ! De se fait nous n’avons pas fait notre sortie en Quad.?
Nous avons demandé un remboursement mais bien sûr celui-ci a été refusé alors dans un second temps nous avons demandé pour revenir le lendemain mais pour lui hors de question de revenir sans repayer notre sortie dans son intégral pour la location des deux Quads
Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé aucun arrangement possible !
The organizer arrived late but that is only a detail.
We hadn't noticed that it was noted to bring a hundred euros deposit for the Quad. So when we noticed it, the manager asked us to go and withdraw money from the nearest ATM. Bad luck the distributor was down so we came back to the scene and offered as a deposit to leave our credit card or license or identity card or even our car keys and the big surprise he refused everything in white.!!!?? He only wanted cash for the deposit! As a result, we did not do our Quad outing.?
We asked for a refund but of course it was refused so in a second step we asked to come back the next day but for him it was out of the question to come back without repaying our outing in full for the rental of the two Quads
No commercial gesture was offered, no possible arrangement!
