★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deram-me um orçamento o qual aceitei e depois, pura e simplesmente, desapareceram do mapa. Fiquei meses à espera. A certa altura já nem se dignavam a atender. Péssimo serviço. Levaram uma lâmina de uma portada para tirar a cor e nem devolveram. Em vez de portadas novas fiquei com as antigas e com laminas em falta.
I was given a quote which I accepted and then it simply disappeared from the map. I've been waiting for months. At a certain point they no longer even deigned to attend. Terrible service. They took a blade from a shutter to remove the color and didn't even return it. Instead of new shutters I kept the old ones and the missing blades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito pelos clientes. Liguei a pedir uma recomendação, pediram-me para mandar fotos pelo whatsapp e disseram que em breve me diriam algo. Infelizmente nunca me responderam, viram as minhas mensagens no whatsapp e não foram sequer capazes de me responder mesmo quando inssisti a perguntar se sempre teria uma resposta. Uma vergonha a forma como me trataram. Não aconselho a ninguem.
Total disrespect for customers. I called to ask for a recommendation, they asked me to send photos through whatsapp and said they would soon tell me something. Unfortunately they never answered me, they saw my messages on whatsapp and they weren't even able to answer me even when I insisted on asking if I would always have an answer. Shame the way they treated me. I don't advise anyone.
