Coloquei algumas questões por email relativamente a um artigo. Em vez de responderem, pediram-me o contacto telefónico. Parece-me que questões relacionadas com assistência pós-venda durante o periodo da garantia são incómodas de mais para serem respondidas por escrito. Sendo assim perderam um cliente. EDIT: A resposta da empresa é evasiva. Se o cliente deseja um tratamento impessoal com uma resposta por email, porque não fazer-lhe a vontade? Se preferiram perder um cliente em vez de responder por email, é porque de facto a pergunta era muito incómoda.
I asked some questions by email regarding an article. Instead of answering, they asked for phone contact. It seems to me that questions related to after-sales assistance during the warranty period are too uncomfortable to be answered in writing. So they lost a customer. EDIT: The company's response is evasive. If the client wants impersonal treatment with an email response, why not make him feel comfortable? If they preferred to lose a customer instead of responding by email, it is because the question was in fact very uncomfortable.
