★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO AOS PROPRIETÁRIOS QUE PRETENDEM ALUGAR OS SEUS BENS!!! É uma agência que NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!!! Entreguei para arrendamento um dos meus apartamentos, paguei à agência Maivas à volta de 600€ para esse serviço (fazerem um contrato e verificarem os requisitos exijidos por eles próprios ou seja a agência, tenho provas em conversas de wattsap) e imaginem a surpresa, nenhum dos requisitos foi cumprido, não foi pedido ao inquilino folhas de pagamento, declaração de IRS, NADA!!! O próprio inquilino confirmou me recentemente perante duas testemunhas que a agência apenas lhe pediu a fotocópia do bilhete de identidade para fazer contrato. Ou seja, alugaram me o apartamento a um DESEMPREGADO de mais de 5 meses s!!! Deixo vos imaginar o resultado!! Disseram me por telefone visto que estou no estrangeiro que estávam a alugar o apartamento a pessoas de confiança e que não ia haver problema nenhum porque o inquilino cumpria todos os requisitos exigidos. Confiei no sr Márcio e considero me ENGANADA! Resultado nem apartamento nem renda. Sr Márcio Esteves agradeço que prepare o livro de reclamações porque nele vou por todos os detalhes. Só não ponho zero estrelas aqui porque não dá!!
Para os inquilinos que não queiram pagar renda esta é a agência certa!!!
BEWARE OF OWNERS WHO WISH TO RENT THEIR PROPERTY!!! It's an agency that I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! I rented one of my apartments, paid the Maivas agency around €600 for this service (make a contract and check the requirements demanded by themselves ie the agency, I have proof in wattsap conversations) and imagine the surprise, none of the requirements was fulfilled, the tenant was not asked for payrolls, IRS declaration, NOTHING!!! The tenant himself recently confirmed to me before two witnesses that the agency only asked him for a photocopy of his identity card to make a contract. In other words, they rented me the apartment to an UNEMPLOYED for more than 5 months !!! I let you imagine the result!! They told me by phone as I am abroad that they were renting the apartment to trustworthy people and that there would be no problem because the tenant met all the required requirements. I trusted Mr. Márcio and I consider myself FOOLED! Result neither apartment nor income. Mr Márcio Esteves, thank you for preparing the complaints book because I go through all the details in it. I just don't put zero stars here because I can't!!
For tenants who do not want to pay rent this is the right agency!!!
