 Swing with a great view, a place to be visited by many. It's well worth it if you go through Coimbra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local lindo, próximo ao jardim botânico da universidade de Coimbra. A arquitetura é linda, e nos fundos é possível ter uma vista de grande parte da cidade e do rio Mondego. Recomendo a visita, é um lugar pouco procurado (não havia ninguém quando eu visitei), e bastante bonito. Não há grandes atrativos, mas vale a pena passar se estiver caminhando por perto.
Beautiful location, close to the botanical garden of the University of Coimbra. The architecture is beautiful, and at the back it is possible to have a view of much of the city and the Mondego River. I recommend the visit, it is a little sought-after place (there was nobody when I visited), and quite beautiful. There are no major attractions, but it is worth visiting if you are walking nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to be a tour every hour. Nobody answer the door even though people are coming and going. Tried to call, nobody picks up. Call and verify their schedule before you take the time to walk here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot days are great for exploring and learning history. The renovation didnt affect the private 5€ tour by the credentialed and scholarly Librarian and the information was fantastic. Really gives a feel for old and current monastic life that centers around theology. I even got a private tour of two libraries! The 1500 piece organ just had a concert I sadly missed.
