★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind a minimalist balcony you will find what is certainly one of the most finest coffee in Lisbon — full-bodied and delicious. And that homemade cinnamon roll with icing spread one the side was heaven. ? I'll be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious flat white, great ambiance. The cinnamon rolls smelled amazing and it was tough to resist the temptation. Great place to start off the morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waaay better than the “classic cafés” you’ll find in touristic locations. The price is good and the quality is excellent. The staff is truly friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with prior reviewer. The traditional cafes are nothing to write home about. Wherever I go I seek specialty coffee-best cafe for me in Portugal so far.
As a note, "Rebecca" has 5 reviews. I have 104 reviews across a dozen countries, so nothing nothing fake about my reviews. What Rebecca calls "cheap" and "uncomfortable" most of us recognize as minimalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I don't know where I have to start. First of all, the staff is awesome! Ricardo and Jadwiga are mastering the art of hospitality, which is pretty hard to accomplish. What about the coffee? The first thing is: they love what they doing and this is the key to the success. Any coffee comes out perfectly and they care about the finished product, explaining everything you need to know about the coffee origin and the methods of extraction available in the shop. In the same way, the pastries are made with a lot of care and perfectly suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If you are looking for a lovely experience in Lisbon, please come by and enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know you’ve found your local coffee shop when, in a city full of options, you keep going back to the same place. Malabarista Café is my fav spot in Lisbon! The coffee is excellent and prepared with passion by the owners. Ricardo and Jadwiga are, above all, coffee enthusiasts, and they share their enormous knowledge with the customers. It doesn't matter if you are an espresso or filter kind of person; you’ll be in good hands in both cases. The food is excellent, with homemade, vegetarian, and vegan options. Whereas some coffees prefer the easier path and sell industrial food, Malabarista’s pastries are always fresh. In sum, Malabarista is the best specialty coffee you’ll find in Anjos and Lisbon ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely amazing. Consistently excellent coffee - and the friendliest staff and vibes. We were in Lisbon for 4 weeks and drank coffee out most days, trying out third wave coffee places all over town - but this place was the best hands down. Great pastries also. Thanks guys, we'll miss you!
