N	Niko K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Mamma Donna! Gilson was the perfect host. He was entertaining everyone in the restaurant which we really liked! We felt very welcome, especially since we are from Germany and we don't have those entertaining people since everyone is uptight in Germany! Thank you Gilson! The food was also very delicious and came quickly after we ordered it. Sadly I don't remember the name of our waitress, but she was always there making sure if everything is alright! We will definitely come back to this place and I also would recommend everyone who visits Lisbon to come to this great place!

The topping was decent but the bottoms are believed to be factory made and identical to the ones you buy in the supermarket. After putting down the food, no one was seen or asked if it tasted, too bad, missed opportunity.

The waiter did an okay job, until we asked to pay. We always tip by cash, but pay by card. When paying, the waiter asked how much we would tip him. I asked to just pay the amount of the price for the food. He asked again, and I answered the same question. He was clearly frustrated and even angry with us and said:"what? You don't want to pay me any tips?" It was clearly VERY uncomfortabel and we didn't leave any tip, wich we usually would. I would never come here again.

A	Asia L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately me and my friend tasted here the worst paella in our lives. The shrimps were gross, I would say frozen paella from supermarket tastes better. I was so disappointed to try so low quality seafood in Lisbon. And the price is almost same as higher quality ones! Few days before I had paella for 5.5€ in a shopping mall and not sure which quality was better. Extremely disappointing! The only positive thing I can say about the restaurant is that the interior looked nice.

Let me start of by saying it wasn't the waiter's fault. He was sweet, but the food was absolutely atrocious. I don't understand how this restaurant has more than a 2 star rating, I think they're paying for ratings, heed my warning and stay away. I ordered a mango juice, it came out warm and it tasted like warm water with a blended mango seed. I've had lots of juices during my life and this one was honestly the worst one. My other half ordered a pineapple juice with an ice cube so at least it's not warm but it was no better. We then ordered the cheese pizza as a starter and the dough was raw. We also ordered a chicken pasta, the chicken was cooked right but the pasta tasted bland and was undercooked. My other half ordered a cheese pasta and it tasted bitter, I think the cheese was gone bad or the chef didn't taste the food before it was given to us but my other half literally got sick. The waiter, bless him, offered to give her another plate but at this point she felt ill and couldn't eat anymore. To top it off, we paid €40 for the whole meal. It was the most expensive and worst meal we've had on our 1 week trip in Lisbon.
