★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True royal spa experience! The rooms are very relaxing and everything is thought trough to the details - towels, bathrobe, flip flops. The staff are very professional and attentive. Had deep tissue massage and exfoliating facial with Francisco. Very satisfied with the results! Left renewed person and with extra products to take home. My second visit, while in Óbidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there two times in a week and the experience was amazing with Maria as the professional. I got better, cheaper and lengthier massages than the last (third) time. Not only the massage but the service and the attention I got from Maria was excellent, I was happy to pay for the experience. Third one was incredibly poor and I left more stressed than I came in. Went for the mandalay healing experience with my wife which is supposed to be 145 min (2hrs 25min) at 220€ each. The full treatment lasted only 1hr and 38min (my fitbit tracked the time). The welcome drink inc in the package was nothing else than a cold tea drink in a shot glass almost (was expecting a proper drink for the price, similar to what you would get on a resort). They put us in combined rooms despite booking the experiences individually and the noise was unsettling. Didn't say there would be a male therapist (this needs to be selected at the booking phase) for gender preferences. Turkish bath was not working, lady’s bathroom was full of ants, no slippers in the lockers and the list goes on. In suma, this was nowhere near a 5 star personalized experience and was the equivalent of throwing 440€ to the bin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professionally trained staff, soothing and pain-relief. Hygienic massage bed and room. A real five-star treatment in the middle of Portugal. We drive for more than half an hour here because the claimed-to-be four-star Ride surf Hotel couldn’t find anyone to massage two people at the same time. I would just stay at this hotel which looks lovely with trained staff or any other surf hotels in Peniche instead.
