★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após chegar à loja (Manel Sport Santa Cruz), vi três pares de ténis que me interessaram. Após os clientes na fila terem sido atendidos chegou a minha vez, fui recebido de forma rude por uma senhora que ali trabalha. Pedi para experimentar o meu número dos três modelos que considerava interessantes. O segundo modelo que experimentei, não tinham o meu número em stock (tamanho 42). O terceiro modelo que experimentei também não tinham. Foi aí que a senhora ligou para a loja de Torres Vedras perguntando se tinham o meu número em stock e se no dia seguinte poderiam trazê-lo. Após saber dessa informação fui questionado se quereria vir busca-los no dia seguinte a qual respondi que não poderia porque seria bastante dispendioso dado que vivo longe da loja. Após isso, a senhora que me atendia respondeu-me de forma rude e mal-educada. Tenho que dar os meus parabéns a qualidade de atendimento que tive na loja Manel Sport São Pedro da Cadeira que anteriormente tinha sido atendido (no qual, foi aconselhado a ir à loja de Santa Cruz dado que não havia modelos naquela loja que me interessassem). No entanto tenho que dar a minha reclamação do fraco, mal-educado e rude atendimento que tive na loja Manel Sport Santa Cruz.
After arriving at the store (Manel Sport Santa Cruz), I saw three pairs of tennis that interested me. After the customers in the queue were answered, it was my turn, I was met rudely by a lady who works there. I asked to try out my number of three models that I found interesting. The second model I tried, did not have my stock number (size 42). The third model I tried did not have either. It was then that the lady called the store in Torres Vedras asking if they had my number in stock and if the next day they could bring it. After knowing that information I was asked if I would want to come and fetch them the next day which I replied that I could not because it would be quite expensive given that I live away from the store. After that, the lady who answered me answered me in a rude and rude manner. I have to give my congratulations the quality of service I had at the Manel Sport store in São Pedro da Cadeira, which had previously been serviced (in which I was advised to go to the Santa Cruz store since there were no models in that store that interested me). However I have to give my complaint of the weak, ill-mannered and rude service I had at Manel Sport Santa Cruz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uns ténis (via Spartoo) no dia 25-12-21 que chegariam entre 31-12-21 e 6-1-22. No dia 5 o estado mudou e a chegada diz entre os dias 6 e 12.
Olhando para o número de rastreamento, diz que faltam dados, mas meu endereço está perfeitamente claro. A Spartoo fala com a loja e a Manelsports não responde. No dia 7 os sapatos ainda estavam em Portugal quando no dia 6 devem ter chegado à minha casa em Espanha.
Há 4 dias enviei uma mensagem no Instagram para a Manelsports, eles leram e não me responderam.
I bought some sneakers (via Spartoo) on 12-25-21 that would arrive between 12-31-21 and 1-6-22. On the 5th the state changed and the arrival says between the 6th and 12th.
Looking at the tracking number it says data is missing but my address is perfectly clear. Spartoo talks to the store and Manelsports does not respond. On the 7th the shoes were still in Portugal when on the 6th they must have arrived at my house in Spain.
4 days ago I sent a message on Instagram to Manelsports, they read it and didn't respond.
