★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada satisfeita com a intervenção. Por 10 euros por hora e por pessoa, solicitei uma intervenção que me assegurasse uma limpeza a fundo de 2 WCs e 1 cozinha. Supostamente estiveram mais de 3 pessoas a limpar as paredes de todo o apartamento e a intervenção demorou mais de 12 horas. Eu não posso confirmar o numero de horas por também trabalhar por turnos, mas existem mais 2 pessoas que costumam retornar a casa ao fim do dia e não se recordam de estar lá pessoas a trabalhar às 21h. Também não entraram Às 7h da manhã o que é garantido.
A cozinha não foi limpa de todo :(
Para dizer que a relação qualidade/preço - insatisfeita.

Tempo --- muito mau!!! Para um dia inteiro a trabalhar com 3 ou mais pessoas e ficar mais de tudo por resolver.
TEnho muitas questões. Poderia ter pintado as paredes todas de branco ficaria mais satisfeita. As paredes continuam manchadas e acham que após 2-3 semanas as pessoas que habitam o apartamento sujaram tudo nesse tempo.
Eu não recomendo nem ao meu pior inimigo.

Nothing satisfied with the intervention. For 10 euros per hour and per person, I requested an intervention that ensured a thorough cleaning of 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Supposedly more than 3 people were cleaning the walls of the whole apartment and the intervention took more than 12 hours. I can not confirm the number of hours by working also in shifts, but there are 2 more people who usually return home at the end of the day and do not remember being there people working at 21h. Also did not enter At 7am which is guaranteed.
The kitchen was not cleaned at all :(
To say that the quality / price ratio - unsatisfied.

Weather --- very bad !!! For a full day working with 3 or more people and getting most of everything unresolved.
I have many questions. Could have painted the walls all white would be more satisfied. The walls remain stained and they think that after 2-3 weeks the people who live in the apartment soiled everything at that time.
I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
I am disappointed and frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de limpeza total de apartamento depois de obras. Deixaram os azulejos e chão ainda com restos de tintas. Riscaram as cerâmicas da casa de banho e deixaram a sanita ainda com resto de tinta.
Como viram que os armários da cozinha pareciam limpos, nem sequer os limparam, onde as portas por dentro estavam cheias de pó. Além disso, a bancada da cozinha estava riscada.
Empresa que refere que limpa tudo ao pormenor mas mais valia ter sido eu a limpar. Não vale a pena e não recomendo a ninguém o gasto.
Poor quality of total cleaning of apartment after works. They left the tiles and floor still with traces of paint. They scratched the bathroom tiles and left the toilet still with paint left over.
As they saw that the kitchen cupboards looked clean, they didn't even clean them, where the doors inside were full of dust. Also, the kitchen countertop was scratched.
Company that says they clean everything in detail but it would have been better to have cleaned it myself. It's not worth it and I don't recommend it to anyone.
