★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma porta de encastre para fazer nova furação devido a nova máquina de lavar roupa que comprei. O alinhamento da porta com a bancada ficou desviada 1cm de altura, tentei contactar para corrigir o problema mesmo que tivesse que pagar outra vez e o senhor que me atendeu, só disse "a culpa não é nossa o que queres que eu faça", como se eu tivesse a dizer que a furação tinha sido mal feita. Com pouca vontade de resolver estimou 1 semana o serviço uma coisa que seria de um dia para o outro. Arranjei outra carpintaria porque só vi ausência de profissionalismo com os clientes.
I took a built-in door to make a new hole due to the new washing machine I bought. The alignment of the door with the bench was 1cm high, I tried to contact to correct the problem even if I had to pay again and the man who answered me just said "it's not our fault what you want me to do", as if I had to say that the hurricane had been badly done. With little desire to resolve, he estimated the service for 1 week, something that would be overnight. I found another carpentry shop because I only saw a lack of professionalism with the clients.
