★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente desapontados e ZANGADOS com esta empresa. Só tivemos problema depois de problema depois de fazerem a construção e como hotel, temos hóspedes com que nos preocupar. Hóspedes esses, que ficam a reclamar de problemas que não deveriam estar a acontecer, caso o trabalho tivesse sido bem feito! É difícil de receber respostas ou sermos atendidos muitas vezes, ou seja para urgências é uma grande complicação! Temos chuva a cair nos quartos, vieram e ficaram menos de 1 minuto sem verificar nada, não querendo saber se temos um hóspede nesse apartamento. Estamos cansados da falta de atenção por parte deles tal como do facto que empregam certas empresas irresponsáveis que usam material de muita baixa qualidade (que leva a estes problemas aparecerem pouco tempo depois muitas vezes).
Very, very, very disappointed and ANGRY at this company. We keep having problem after problem after they made the construction and as a hotel, we have guests all the time. The guests keep complaining about things that SHOULDN'T be happening, had they done their job well! We keep calling and texting and getting ahold of them isn't all that easy, it's a tough job to make them come urgently. We have rain inside the rooms and they come and barely check anything, not giving a care that we have a guest staying in that room. We are just really tired of the lack of attention from them as well as the fact they hire various irresponsible companies to fix our issues with very low quality materials.
Extremely disappointed and angry at this company. We only had a problem after a problem after they did the construction and as a hotel, we have guests to worry about. These guests, who are complaining about problems that shouldn't be happening, if the job had been done well! It is difficult to receive answers or to be attended to many times, that is, for emergencies it is a big complication! We have rain falling in the rooms, they came and stayed less than 1 minute without checking anything, not wanting to know if we have a guest in this apartment. We are tired of their lack of attention as well as the fact that they employ certain irresponsible companies that use very low quality material (which leads to these problems appearing shortly afterwards many times).
