★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and amazing food. We tried the sashimi, oyster, lobster, cod fish and desert with chocolate pie and merengue. Everything was so tasty!! If we had more time in Lisbon I would definitely come back. Thanks so much for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had fantastic food and wine here! Can really recommend it. Happened to book a table on a theme night where a local wine producer had his wine paired with a special menu- what a treat! Amazing shell fish and risotto. The desert was lovely as well. 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited Maria Peixeira during a work trip and had an early dinner. I wanted some seafood and this was exactly what I’ve found here. Amazing, fresh and well cooked seafood. I highly recommend the “Polvo Asado” and the “Caldo de Pescado”, two great choices!

The food is amazing, the chef is very creative:) it’s a family-owned and run place, where 3 generations contribute to the recipes and ambience:) I loved the menu wording and the play on Portuguese proverbs is hilarious :) but of course, the most important - food and service - are at its best:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a great time dining at Maria. The staff is really professional and the dishes are super. The risotto is amazing, and the quality of food is really good. Patricia is so cute, we had a pleasant chat with her during the night and she also allowed us some small variations in the menu as my wife is gluten allergic.
