Those burned my scalp and hair to the point where my hair was breaking off and skin-flakes from my scalp were falling off. As a result I had to shave of my hair and clear burn maks on my scalp got visible. Not once did the hairstylists who branded themselves as "professionals" apologize and I was blamed for what happened. These "professionals" also laughed at my foreign name and the way I pronounciate things due to the fact that I am German. Since this hairsalon associates itself with those kind of racist "professionals" I definitely do not recommend going there unless you want to be burned, ridiculed and laughed at.
