Strange. Result, after the first big storm of winter, two weeks later all my walls were covered with mold. When I showed the owner, he told me this is normal for Portugal! And he refused to clean the walls. The apartment is uninhabitable since the middle of November. I told him I couldn't stay in such conditions and he is glad I will leave, so he can raise the rent! Beware of doing business with this company. You cannot trust them, especially if you are a foreigner here. The consumer defense is almost nonexistent in Portugal.
