★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están limpias, de un tamaño normal (es decir amplias y no tan pequeñas) el servicio en recepción es bueno y la ubicación es céntrica pero un poco feos los alrededores.
El mayor inconveniente que veo es que no cuentan con calefacción y ahorita en invierno es algo indispensable.
The rooms are clean, of a normal size (ie spacious and not so small) the service at reception is good and the location is central but a bit ugly the surroundings.
The biggest drawback I see is that they do not have heating and right now in winter is something indispensable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartos novos, bom atendimento e localização. O problema é que tem muita escada. Os funcionários ajudam a levar as malas, mas mesmo assim é cansativo. São bastante prestativos e dispostos a ajudar.
New rooms, good service and location. The problem is that there is a lot of stairs. The staff help with packing, but it is tiring. They are quite helpful and willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, near center and a nice service. Each floor have shared kitchen with free cofee, tea and milk. Private room with free bootle of water.You can wash your clothes for 10eur (6kg).
