If you do chose to work with them, make sure you carefully check the following:
* Ask about the items in the quotation, and check the prices for those items at competitors. Some of them I paid double the price for (I only checked afterwards);
* Don't just accept their suggestion when it comes to what unit to install. They claim to have 'expertise', but make no mistake, they care more about selling than solving your heating problems. Thus, make sure they actually assess your situation, and convince you that the recommended product is the right one (for example, after being told the unit I bought was a great option by the salesman, the guys who installed it told me it was a weak one and that they sold better ones ...)
