Dirigi-me hoje ao local da intervenção combinada e paga(metade do valor) por duas vezes, pois quando faltavam 15 min para a hora acordada fui contactada pela D. Eliane que estava atrasada, mudando o horário para as 14h.
Às 14h, estava eu novamente na habitação e a sra estava noutro local... Ficando de me contactar passados 10 min para combinar novo horário, num outro dia.
Ora, passado 1h liguei e cancelei o serviço, pedindo a restituição do dinheiro.
Já liguei novamente e continuo à espera do valor adiantado.
Não me parece que seja uma empresa de confiança, mas sim apenas mais uma que ganha a vida a enganar pessoas...
 I give 1 star because I can't give less.
I went today to the place of the agreed intervention and paid (half the amount) twice, because when it was 15 minutes before the agreed time I was contacted by Mrs. Eliane who was late, changing the time to 2 pm.
At 14:00, I was back in the room and the lady was elsewhere... Staying to contact me after 10 minutes to arrange a new time, on another day.
Well, after 1h I called and canceled the service, asking for a refund.
I've called again and I'm still waiting for the advance amount.
It doesn't seem to me to be a reliable company, but just another one that makes a living deceiving people...
