★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com os pagamentos a pronto para usufruir de desconto extra, depois do dinheiro estar do outro lado o cliente já não é importante. Pedidos que não são submetidos à fabrica e o cliente fica eternamente à espera do material, varios erros nas encomendas e pouco claros na faturação. Muito má experiência, Matobra nunca mais.
 Watch out for ready payments to enjoy extra discount, once the money is on the other side the customer is no longer important. Orders that are not submitted to the factory and the customer is always waiting for the material, several errors in the orders and unclear in the billing. Very bad experience, Matobra never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, estive mais de meia hora à espera que alguem me atendesse, os funcionários completamente indiferentes e a passar-me de uns para os outros ate afirmarem que o vendedor da secção de cozinha estava ausente e não me podiam atender.
Não vou voltar e aviso para que não vão, parece que os clientes incomodam e não têm vontade de vender.
Bad experience, I spent more than half an hour waiting for someone to attend to me, the staff were completely indifferent and passing me from one to the other until they said that the salesperson in the kitchen section was absent and could not attend me.
I will not go back and warn them not to go, it seems that customers are annoying and have no desire to sell.
