★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 25 caps through Maudlin, everything went well until I received the product: The embroidery is awful, I cannot even see the lettering. For 6,50€, 4,50 for the embroidery per item I would have wanted a better product. The embroidery is of wrong color, too small, not centered.
The product I received is not possible to sell, I wish I could have put a picture here so you can assess the poor quality. I am asking for solutions to the contact in this company and what I receive is accusations "you decided to have these caps" .Here I am telling this company I am not happy about the quality, and what I get is someone telling me it is my fault ???
I want my money back or the product I asked for. I really don't like to complain like this, but this is my money, my project is screwed up because of an extremely poor production quality. I repeat I cannot sell these caps, they are simply shit. Do something or I'm bringing this to court.
