★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird experience. We first had a wonderfully sweet saleswoman help us and guide us on the ground floor as we entered the shop.We then decided to go and check the top floors. A woman, not sure whether she was a saleswoman or a security employee, kept on following us, no matter where we went. I do understand about security but this lady could have at least been more discrete. She definitely acted like she wanted us out. We did not wear expensive clothing but neithet did we wear cheap or inappropriate outfits. It was literally the only place in Portugal that made us feel unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is big and many floors. You can see many stuff here. Unfortunately saleswomen is depends who help you. Sometimes is rude or cold, sometimes nice and friendly. BUT! If you start decide to buy they will turned out to be nice lol. I like the beginner saleswoman who was attended me last time. She was very helpful even she doesn’t know much experience in MAXMARA. Service is the key.
