Eis que na ultima vez confirmei o valor pelo telefone com 2 pessoas do salão. Quando me sento para iniciar, a cabeleireira além do valor que me disse diz que afinal o valor são mais 10 euros , não se trata do valor mas da atitude. Não recomendo. After some time as a customer I was confronted with a voucher with different prices for the same job. Behold, last time I confirmed the amount over the phone with 2 people from the salon. When I sit down to start, the hairdresser, in addition to the amount she told me, says that after all, the value is another 10 euros, it is not about the value but the attitude. I do not recommend.

Fiz a reserva através de um Voucher do Odisseias e, apesar de ter chegado à hora marcada, só fui atendida após 1 hora à espera. Antes de começar, a cabeleireira chamou-me à parte, enquanto ela fumava um cigarro, e explicou que cobrariam mais 13€ pelo brushing (que já estava incluído) e pelo banho de cor. Depois mostrei uma foto daquilo que queria (podem ver nas fotos): ombré com as pontas loiras. O resultado foi um cabelo vermelho! Explicaram-me que após 2 lavagens ficaria ok, mas claro que não. Then I showed a photo of what I wanted (you can see in the photos): ombré with blond tips. The result was red hair! They explained that after 2 washes it would be ok, but of course not. I do not recommend.

Todavia o proprietário e o Fred sempre me atenderam muito bem, sendo corteses, educados e simpáticos. Some people shouldn't answer if they are in a bad mood or in a bad mood, sometimes being rude. Not only the hairdresser was drunk - she couldn't speak properly and she smelled of alchool but she couldn't even do the simplest task: I asked for a brown simple colour and I became red. Now I understand why the shop was totally empty when I got in.
