After a bumpy start, in which the order arrived later than expected (excusable because of the Christmas season) and the lack of phone service or answer on the same day, things were finally resolved and only because of what I announced did not I give the maximum rating.

Y después de haber pagado me envían un correo diciéndome que los gastos de envío de esa pieza son de 235 euros (los gastos de envío mas caros que la pieza). Me parece mal que no lo indiquen a la hora de hacer la compra y aparte un precio abusivo. I bought a piece on the web with shipping costs of 9.85 euros. And after having paid they send me an email telling me that the shipping costs for that piece are 235 euros (the shipping costs are more expensive than the piece). It seems wrong to me that they do not indicate it when making the purchase and apart from an abusive price.

Tenho uma ressalva, apesar de eu ter ligado 30 vezes durante dois dias em diversos horários, enviei um e-mail e responderam no próprio dia. Aumento a classificação apenas numa estrela, pois não dá segurança/garantias nenhumas que uma loja apenas virtual não comunique com os clientes por telefone. They do not have a face-to-face store and do not answer the phone, cell phone. I have a caveat, even though I called 30 times during two days at different times, I sent an email and responded on the same day. I increase the rating only in one star, as it does not give any security / guarantees that a virtual only store does not communicate with customers by phone.

Não atenderam o telefone mas responderam quase de imediato ao email com todas as informações necessárias.
