Dia 22 de Janeiro 2021 vi um anúncio no internet que eles estão a vender uma caixa dos fusíveis que eu estava a procura. Liguei pra lá e expliquei situação, até a mandei uma referência original da caixa. Responderam que tem uma peça igual mais o número não bate certo e se for qualquer defeito resolvemos. Tudo bem. Mandei dinheiro, enviaram a peça. Montei a caixa dos fusíveis no carro e muitas coisas não funcionava (vidro elétrico, limpa brisas etc...). Liguei de volta expliquei que se passa e se eles podem arranjar outra peça adequada para carro? Responderam "não". Até a hoje dia 9/03/2021 NADA se passa. Liguei várias vezes não atendem, escrevi mensagens pelo WhatsApp nada. Não acho que fico mais pobre, mais só para ter ideia como fui tratado.

On January 22, 2021 I saw an advertisement on the internet that they are selling a box of fuses that I was looking for. I called there and explained the situation, I even sent her an original box reference. They replied that there is an equal piece but the number does not match, and if there is any defect we solve it. Everything is fine. I sent money, they sent the piece. I mounted the fuse box on the car and many things didn't work (electric windows, windshield wipers etc ...). I called back and explained what is going on and if they can find another suitable car part? They answered "no". Until today 9/03/2021 NOTHING is happening. I called several times do not answer, I wrote messages by WhatsApp nothing. I don't think I'm getting poorer, just to get an idea of how I was treated.
