Employees who are not very hygienic are mistaken for change. Food not very well prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive problema com a cola. Peço sempre sem gelo e adivinhem. Vem com gelo. Hoje o problema foi de audição. Pedi Mcbox e veio um só lanche. Fui reclamar e esperei mais de 10 minutos. Ah e cola com gelo. Eu ia pedir que me trocassem o pedido todo, já que arrefeceu mas não fiz. Não queria me aborrecer mais pq tinha uma criança em casa a espera. Fiquei arrependida de não ter feito.
I've always had a problem with glue. I always ask for no ice and guess what. Comes with ice. Today the problem was hearing. I ordered Mcbox and there was only one snack. I went to complain and waited more than 10 minutes. Oh and glue with ice. I was going to ask them to change the whole order, since it cooled down but I didn't. I didn't want to upset me anymore because there was a child at home waiting. I was sorry I didn't do it.

Friendly and very helpful to help...despite the unpleasant situation, they didn't put the base for the cups and as the trip progressed the lids came out and poured...
